Headache is a pain which occurs around the neck and or head. There is another name of headache is cephalalgia
So we can easily describe this through a small definition:
The pain or ache which occurs in the head is called headache.
Which kind of headache is it :
It is very important to figure out that this pain is of which type and cause infection in your mind. Because when you know about your pain properly so you can easily treat it.
In most researches the doctors proves that there is no signs of sinus infection is found but this pain actually resemble with migraine.
Two types of headache occurs which is named as:
o Primary headache
o Secondary headache
Primary headache:
Primary headaches are mainly caused by any tension or problem we give to our mind and in reaction of this burden we have headache.
This is a sensitive pain and this pain includes blood vessels nerves of neck and head and chemical activity also takes place in our brain during this process.
Secondary headache:
Secondary headaches are headaches that are symptoms of another condition that stimulates the pain-sensitive nerves of the head. There are a vast number of different conditions that can cause secondary headaches, ranging in severity from an alcohol-induced hangover to a brain tumor.

Secondary headache is another type of this pain so the symptoms of this pain is that it stimulates the pain sensitive nerves of our head. Because there are many conditions which cause this secondary headache. These are the following causes of secondary headache:
• Blood clots
• Eating an ice cream
• Influenza
• Pain attacks
• Dehydration
• Over use of medication
Symptoms and signs:
:There are different types of headache which is faced and affecting different main areas of our head in specific ways with different amounts of time. So these are the main symptoms and signs :
1. Tension-type headache
2. Migraine
3. Rebound headache
4. Cluster headache
The main thing which is taken very seriously is self care if we can’t take care of our self so we cannot cure as fast as we can in this. So self care is very important. These are the following condition which we can apply on daily routines if we have pain:
You can apply a heat pack for better feeling or you can also apply a ice pack to your neck or head.
1. Don’t take too much stress
2. Take meal regular
3. Do exercise daily
4. Take rest on time which is necessary for your health
5. Take a hot bath wash.
We also use herbal products for our pain its depend on our choice that which treatment we choose for our self .
